By using the services of 7 Sisters Cleaning LLC ("Company," "we," "us," or "our"), you ("Customer," "you," or "your") agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services.

2. Service Description

Services Provided

We provide professional cleaning services including:

  • Residential cleaning (regular, deep, and move-in/out)
  • Commercial cleaning services
  • Post-construction cleanup
  • Special event cleaning

Service Standards

All services are performed by trained, insured, and bonded professionals using eco-friendly cleaning products and professional equipment.

3. Booking and Scheduling

Appointments

  • All appointments must be scheduled in advance
  • We provide estimated arrival times, not exact appointment times
  • Service windows are typically 2-4 hours
  • We will contact you if we are running significantly late

Cancellations and Rescheduling

  • Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours in advance
  • Same-day cancellations may incur a 50% service fee
  • We reserve the right to reschedule due to weather or emergencies
  • Repeated last-minute cancellations may result in service termination
4. Pricing and Payment

Pricing

  • Prices are based on property size, service type, and frequency
  • Quotes are valid for 30 days unless otherwise specified
  • Additional services may incur extra charges
  • Prices may be adjusted for excessive cleaning requirements

Payment Terms

  • Payment is due upon completion of service
  • We accept cash, check, and major credit cards
  • Recurring services may be set up for automatic payment
  • Late payments may incur a 1.5% monthly service charge
5. Customer Responsibilities

To ensure safe and effective service, customers must:

  • Provide safe and reasonable access to the property
  • Secure or remove valuable, fragile, or personal items
  • Inform us of any pets, security systems, or special requirements
  • Provide accurate contact information and property details
  • Report any issues or concerns within 24 hours of service
  • Maintain a respectful environment for our team members
6. Liability and Insurance

Our Coverage

  • We carry comprehensive general liability insurance
  • All employees are bonded and background-checked
  • We are responsible for damages caused by our negligence

Limitations

  • We are not liable for pre-existing damage or wear
  • Customer must report damage within 24 hours
  • Liability is limited to the cost of the cleaning service
  • We are not responsible for items not properly secured
7. Satisfaction Guarantee

We stand behind our work with a 100% satisfaction guarantee:

  • If you're not satisfied, contact us within 24 hours
  • We will return to address any issues at no additional charge
  • If we cannot resolve the issue, we will refund the service cost
  • Guarantee applies to the quality of cleaning, not personal preferences
8. Termination

Either party may terminate service:

  • With 24 hours notice for one-time services
  • With one week notice for recurring services
  • Immediately for breach of terms or unsafe conditions
  • We reserve the right to refuse service to any customer
9. Dispute Resolution

Any disputes will be resolved through:

  • Good faith negotiation between the parties
  • Mediation if direct negotiation fails
  • Binding arbitration as a last resort
  • Florida state law governs these terms
